Week 3 lecture
This lecture was telling about the meaning of abbreviation in the process of video making. Such as LS, WS, MS, CU. Why people using this kind of measures to make a video, that is because in those way makers can make the story more clear.
The long shot is our answer to the where question, at the beginning of a scene it is known as the establishing shot. Both the wide shot and the close up can help us answer the when question. Time can be a difficult thing to capture on the screen. The big close up can help answer the why question, usually by revealing more about a character and their actions. A single medium close up or a series of close ups can explain an event and answer the how question.
